As 2012 rolls around and we prepare for a new
year, the habit of making New Year??s resolutions
comes to the forefront. This past week, I asked
my students to list what they believe to be
the top ’2′ New Year resolutions for society
in general…

To no surprise, the top ’2′ were to lose weight,
and of course make more so-called Money…

While the intentions behind the resolutions
are good, the likelihood that the Resolutions
will be achieved is not so great at all….

According to statistics, approximately
75% of adult Americans make New Year
Resolutions every year. Unfortunately, and
it is a FACT that 97% of the resolutions are
never achieved and as a matter of fact
they do not even come close to being
achieved…

The #1 Reason Why is because…

Most Resolutions are Unrealistic and
there is no New Focused ‘PROVEN’
Results Orientated Action behind the
Resolution….

Someone can say that they want to make
more money, but if they continue to do
useless daily activity and remain around
the same people nothing will ever change
and the truth is – their life will only get in
a much worse situation…

Similarly, a person can say that they
are going to lose weight, but if they
don??t decide to schedule *Daily Exercise*
and continue to eat fast food and keep
putting junk food in their mouths then
no change will ever occur and their
health will get worse…

The base word of Resolution is Resolute,
which means Firmly Resolved. So basically
when you set New Year??s Resolutions, you
are saying that losing weight, making more
money, etc. will be Firmly Resolved within
the next ’12′ months…

You aren’t saying how it will be Fully Resolved
or what New Daily Commitment you will
make to fully Resolve the problem you must
solve in your life…

It??s like a building with No Foundation at all…

The Secret of all my Why Warrior Champion
Students who defied the odds in 2011 and proved

If you choose not to resolve your problem

Successfully Achieving those Goals…

Action Steps for the next 365 Days…*

Here are some examples for you on How
to Actually Achieve Your Resolutions…

The Top Resolution is to Lose Weight
and Exercise More…

Exercise 3 – 5x per week, eat more fruits/veggies,
throw out all junk food in the house, drink a
gallon of water each day w/ lemon in it…

Resolution….

Spend more time with Family…

Action Steps: Make a date with your family
every week and do something special.
(special does not mean costly)

Resolution… Build Self Belief to
Conquer Fear and Procrastination…

Action Steps: Schedule ’1′ hour
per day for reading an inspirational book,
listening to motivational CD/DVDs, etc.

And Focus on Increasing the amount of
time after committing to the ’1′ hour per
day and making it one of your *New
Laser Focused Why Warrior Record
Breaking Champion Daily Habits*…

Now, doesn’t that make more sense than
simply making a New Year??s resolution
and never achieving it?

This Solves the Problem of…

“A New Year’s Resolution going
in one year and out the Other”

Your Why and Ultimately Your Life’s
Goals and Dreams are worth more
than that, right?…

Stop Treating them like a joke…

Make the Commitment to Yourself
and take the Daily Action needed to
achieve your Goals and Dreams…

Now, that’s a Real Reason to put on
